Professional service, the Taxibox was delivered & collected on time as agreed. The delivery driver levelled the Taxibox at time of delivery due to uneven ground. Well done

We packed our 2-bed apartment away into two taxiboxes over the course of a week, and it was infinitely better than having to take all of our stuff to storage ourselves. Lucas, the driver that picked them up, is a virtuoso on the forklift, and took all the necessary care to ensure our stuff stayed safe.

Got my taxibox delivered by Frank from Braeside and everything went very smoothly. He was very professional and dropped off the box quickly. I’m also very happy with the taxibox itself. It’s a good size and is easy to load up with my all of my boxes for my interstate move

Taxibox made moving homes so much easier and took the stress out of packing everything at once. Having 2 of your staff to help pack first 2 Taxiboxes made my life so much easier. Being able to partially move, then have boxes arrive a bit later made moving in so much easier without having heaps of boxes stacked up in my new home.

Our experience with taxi box has been excellent. Eddie placed the taxi box perfectly to our requirements, Eddie was very professional and welcoming when explaining the taxi box process and answered all our questions.
Would definitely use taxi box again.
Thank you again Eddie

Pick up and delivery on time as promised. Contiuous update on progress is helpful
David / 22-10-2026
Corey and the taxi box team are wonderful.
From the moment I enquired to the last step of having my taxi box picked up. I cannot recommend taxi box anymore, friendly, honest and easy.
The storage fee is so affordable for short and long term when you compare to other companies.
I wasn’t at the locations of pick up however the live tracking, notifications and completion texts are what really stands out.
Again 5/5 but should be a 10/10

Eddie was friendly and helpful, helped me move my stuff which he didn't have to do. Did end up being a fair bit later than the estimate suggested at the start of the day, but it was updated in real time so I could still get on with my day and know when they were close.
